Does signing the Master Service Agreement and Personal Guaranty commit me to anything?
No. Signing the Master Service Agreement and Personal Guaranty does not compel or obligate you to do anything. If, after signing the documents, you choose not to work with TurnKey, there is no penalty. The same is true if you decide to stop working with TurnKey at any point. We don’t believe in “break fees.” We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis.
Do I have to bring TurnKey all my claims? A certain percentage?
No. While we strive to deliver so much value that you would entrust us with all your projects, signing up with TurnKey does not obligate you to bring us any of your claims.
Can I stop working with TurnKey at any time?
Yes. Under the Master Service Agreement, you can terminate your relationship with TurnKey at any time. Just give us a 30-day notice in writing to conduct proper offboarding.
How much does turnkey cost?
We charge a flat rate per square based on the surface area and pitch of the roof. All measurements are based on an EagleView report of the property. For all squares 9/12 or below, we charge $250. For squares 10/12 or above, we charge $270. Should you elect to pay in full upfront, we offer a $20-per-square discount ($230 and $250 per square, respectively).
TurnKey also supplements insurance claims on behalf of our customers. TurnKey charges 15% of the supplement amount—you keep the remaining 85%. You pay nothing for this service unless we recover additional money for you!

can i still use my same crew?
TurnKey is always looking for great roofing crew talent. We would be grateful for the opportunity to meet with your crew and determine if they would be a good fit with TurnKey’s production team. If so, we will do our best to schedule them for your installations.
do i have to use certain materials?
TurnKey’s advertised prices are only valid for GAF Architectural and 3-Tab shingles. Using these shingles will save you money on your installation costs and increase your profitability. However, you are still free to sell whatever materials you prefer, and we will gladly provide you with a custom estimate.
who do i talk to at turnkey to schedule the job or if issues arise before or after the installation?
Each project is assigned a TurnKey production specialist, on-site project supervisor, and quality control inspector. The production specialist will be in regular contact with you throughout the production process via phone and email, as well as through our CRM system. Should any issues arise before, during, or after the build, our team will do its best to resolve the matter as soon as possible. We strive to deliver an excellent finished product and a seamless process along the way.
will turnkey compete with me? does Turnkey share my data with anyone?
No. TurnKey will never compete with you or share your data with our other customers. TurnKey has no sales force of its own, and we treat your confidential information with the highest ethical standards.
will turnkey wear their own gear or promote its own brand?
No. On the day of the build, our team members and crews will not wear any branded apparel. We represent your company, and we are there to deliver a top-notch installation and great customer experience.
do i have to be present on the day of the build?
No. If you would like to be present for all or part of the installation, that is entirely up to you. Our team will keep you updated on the progress in real-time through our CRM with notes and photos.
what kinds of jobs can turnkey do? residential/commercial/retail/insurance?
TurnKey team members have decades of experience in residential and commercial roofing. We would be glad to review all work order requests, whether for insurance claims or retail sales. However, TurnKey does reserve the right to respectfully decline any job.
how do i know if turnkey did a good job?
At the end of the installation, TurnKey’s quality control team will conduct an inspection and provide a completed quality control checklist. Should any installation issues arise, we will address them as soon as possible to ensure both you and your client’s satisfaction.
do i have to pay anything upfront?
Contractors must pay a 50% deposit at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled build date. The outstanding balance (plus the cost of any change orders) is due 30 days after the installation has been completed—provided, however, that a Contractor’s outstanding balance may never exceed the overall credit limit that TurnKey has established for them.

Yes. To maximize your profitability and minimize TurnKey’s exposure to unforeseen costs incurred on an installation, we require contractors to assign TurnKey the right to supplement their claims. TurnKey’s team of in-house insurance specialists have an excellent track record of getting the most out of the claims supplementing process, thereby maximizing your profitability on each job. How quickly after i submit a project can turnkey peform installation?
TurnKey can execute projects on extremely short notice. However, we do charge a $1,000 rush order fee for projects that need to be installed within 72 hours of submission.
